Stella is a fine art photographer based in San Francisco, pursuing her BFA at California College of the Arts. Raised in the small coastal town of Bolinas, California, her upbringing in a tight-knit, rural community shaped her connection to nature and her instinct to document the intimate world around her. This connection led to a focus on her sisters and female relationships, crafting tender portraits that intertwine autobiographical memory with the universal themes of girlhood and sisterhood.

Stella captures the ephemeral and multifaceted moments of girlhood, a realm where women are free to exist authentically, embracing their individuality, intimacy, and untamed spirit. Her work interrogates the often-overlooked nuances of female identity, exploring the ways women cultivate freedom, connection, and self-expression within spaces they claim as their own.

Her work has been exhibited at Marin Moca and Bolinas Museum along with group shows in San Francisco.
